Walt Disney Florida: A Disneyland Tour

By : Abigail Peony

One of the thing that you should do if you go to visit Disneyland one day is you must take the tour. It’s quite essential for the newcomers. Of course they offer various options since there is more then one tour available. Actually there are four of them. Again as most of the things you would want to do on a tour, reservations are preferred.

The most famous Walt Disney Florida tour is obviously the Discover the Magic. I mean what is cooler than looking for loot while being helped from the characters and defeat villains? Not everyone in their whole life can go in a crowd and say that he and Mickey Mouse defeated a bunch of pirates while being shot at by a cannon for example.

If you wish to spend three hours of your vacations on a tour, spend it on the Discover the Magic Tour. You need to be at least two people and prices are 50$ each but if more are bought prices drop to 40$ per ticket. Any adult that has reached the age of their kids and the ones who are aged between 5 and 9 will really enjoy the tour however; I may suggest not bringing kids who are smaller.

You still have even more time to spend (4 hours) and even more money (75$) to spend? Go for the VIP tour. If you would like to take this tour but didn’t reserve, you will need to give them an extra 20. On this tour, you will gain knowledge about the history of Disney. So it’s not a best thing for little children who will probably enjoy the rides more than a boring history lesson.

If this is your first Walt Disney Florida to the magic kingdom, then you can to take the tour Welcome to Disneyland. The advantages are several: good seats during a show, good suggestions, the how it got started speech, no waiting in line at good restaurants etc. As a bonus, you will get two tickets to get faster in rides instead of waiting. Not that bad considering it only cost 25$ and only takes 2 hours.

You want to know more about big Walter? Then this next tour is definitely for you though a five year old kid may not be too interested in knowing how the theme park got built and how the big cheese decided that this is what he wanted to do in life. It only lasts three hours and the price is very affordable at 49$ a person. But the real bonus to that tour is you will get the opportunity to see club 33.

If you want to feel a different feeling from ordinary rides in Walt Disney Florida, maybe you should try one of these tours.

5 Practical Hints Having a Trip at Disney World Florida

By: Abigail Peony

Walt Disney Vacation

Walt Disney Vacation

1. Bring essentials with you.
Remember to pack your hat, sunscreen, (especially on summer), camera, memory card or film, batteries, diapers, and aspirin. Just bring all items that you think you need it most. These items are all very expensive within the theme parks. We don’t want to spend much money in insignificant things like these, right? (Which is going to be crucial items if you need it). You might want to list your items in detail.

2. Avoid holidays and school vacation times, or go off-season.

Yeah I know, even though I said that it was a holiday, you might want to consider off-seasonal days. Lodging rates are much lower than peak season.

3. Food:
Prepare your breakfast at home, it will save much more money than having breakfast at Disney World Florida. Even more, Avoid character breakfasts, they are quite expensive, but then if you insist to make your kids happy, well…I couldn’t say more :) .

Some parks have fruit stand where you can get an apple or banana for $1. If you do want to eat at one of the nice Disney Restaurants, plan on eating lunch which is much cheaper rather than dinner. Also, some Orlando McDonalds offer 1 free kids meal with 1 full price regular meal purchased. Also look for “early bird” menus, which offer dinner entrées at reduced prices during late afternoon and early evening hours.

Or better yet, find an accommodation like a vacation home that provides a full kitchen. Then you can shop for the foods your family likes at regular grocery stores and use the money you’d spend on restaurants for more exciting activities.

4. Stay in a vacation home instead of a hotel
If you want to spend more days in Disney World Florida, Vacation homes are probably the best-kept secret when it comes to saving money. Located in upscale, safe neighborhoods just minutes from all the major attractions, these homes offer full kitchens where you can cook your own meals, private swimming pools and living rooms for relaxation, and space to accommodate even a large family or group for the price of an ordinary hotel room. Sounds great, huh? Vacation homes range from the clean and comfortable to the downright luxurious – meaning there’s something for every family and every budget!

5. Florida residents:
If you are a Florida Resident and can show a valid ID (with proof of your residency), you are one lucky guy! You can have all facilities for receiving various discounts to many Disney World Florida attractions, hotels etc. You need to ask if they offer any resident discounts before you purchase any tickets.

Those all the best ways saving money you should prepare before you travel to Disney World Florida, and you’ll be amazed of how much money you’ve saved :)
Enjoy your holiday!
