Don’t feel lost and spend a lot of money because you are not aware of the many facilities offered by Disney Florida Park. Don’t spend your time, energy, and money for something that you can learn before your trip to Disneyland.

There are a few important things that you need to know once you decide to take a trip to Disney Florida:

1. Know when to go :

Disney’s peak season is, naturally, when school is out. That means that summer, spring break and the holiday seasons are the time of the year when the crowds — and the lines — are at their longest. If you’re like most families, you really won’t be able to avoid it. You may not want to take your kids out of school at a time like early December or late September when the crowds are at their lightest.

If that’s you, rest assured that folks have had fantastic times while the parks are brimming at capacity. So don’t sweat it if that’s the case. However, if you can avoid the peak periods, jump at the chance. Rates tend to be cheaper and you will be able to see more in less time, even if the parks have shorter operating hours.

2. Knowing your Disneyland tickets:

There are essentially three (3) main ticket categories for you to choose from:

•  Magic Your Way
•  Magic Your Way Park Hopper
• Magic Your Way Park Hopper with Water Park Options (also known as the Ultimate Ticket).

Each ticket category has the option for you to purchase 1-7 day tickets and 10 day ticket. You may also make any ticket have a non-expiration option.

3. Knowing what to pack:

This seems trivial, but one of the most crucial and often annoying time is when you are not wearing the right outfit. You will be doing A LOT of walking at Orlando’s fabulous theme parks, so be prepared. You certainly don’t want to break your new shoes or your highly-priced fabulous high heels, right? Otherwise, you may find yourself with such sore leg muscles, and you may be out of commission by the third day of your trip. Ease into the walking, and be sure to stretch properly.

Prepare sunblock, hat, camera, your essential medicines and bottle refilled.

4. Knowing How to Prepare:

Trust me! You will do this if you want to enjoy all stunning attraction and thrilling experiences. Once again, you will be walking a lot at Disney Florida Park. So, you have better prepare yourself by exercising. For example, walk 4 miles a day. Make a commitment with your wife/husband, your children, and other family members who will be going with you to do some walking exercises beforehand. If you are the only one with the stamina, and your family members don’t, it will also hinder your trip and make you spend a lot of time.

5. Knowing How to Pass The Line

You will also be waiting in frustrating lines at Orlando’s theme parks. But you can minimize your waits by taking a few precautions. Here are some precautions:

• Travel when most children are in school.
• Purchase all tickets in advance.
• Go around and gather Disney’s Fast Passes.

What is Disney’s Fast Pass?

Disney’s free ride reservation system is called Fast Pass. Many guests aren’t familiar with the offering and wind up standing in long standby queues all day long. It doesn’t have to be that way. Once you find a popular attraction with a long line consider the Fast Pass distribution center — found on many of the biggest attractions, right by the actual entrance.

Just insert your ticket and you will receive a one-hour window later in the day where you can return to a significantly shorter Fast Pass line. This is completely free but you can only have one Fast Pass outstanding at any given time for each park ticket. So use it on attractions that truly do have long lines, usually the park’s biggest thrill rides.

• If you are traveling solo, take advantage of the single rider lines at attractions such as EPCOT’s Test Track and Mission: Space.
•  Or better yet, you could register online for several theme parks.
