Everyone I know who has worked on cruise lines say the Disney company cruise lines are the best to work for with the highest wages and best job benefits. There may be other good small lines, though.

For sure, not all cruise lines are created equal. I’ve known people who’ve had incredible, life changing cruises and those who were very let down. Choose carefully!
